I am the Wedding Cake Designer and Pastry Chef to a Hotel in my town. I entered the 2008 "OKLAHOMA STATE SUGAR ART SHOW"(as seen on FOODNETWWORK),and came away with a silver certificate for my piece. I do not have patturns to work from, but rather work with my client to come up with an original, one of a kind, Wedding Cake. I do a few Novelty cakes, but Weddings are my specialty. I use fillings of all sorts and cake flavors can be mixed and matched. You are my guide line and I am here to please you. I have been all over the World via my husbands Military Career. I have custom made cakes for squadron parties and Generals. I do not have a Bakery. I work out of my home, but keep everything to Health Standards. I hope to work with you for the SPECIAL DAY cake.
